Schedule a Review:
Whether you need us to look at a structural issue in your home, provide drawings for a new deck or addition, or need to file for a certificate of occupancy for an existing condition, it starts with a review of where you're at and what you need.
A survey of your property will likely be needed if we're to do a zoning analysis in anticipation of adding on or legalizing existing work. Generally, projects that affect the exterior will need a property survey.
Pictures also often help. As we can glean a lot of exterior information from Google Earth etc., interior pictures are sometimes more relevant.
Any correspondence from the Building Department, violation notices, and any previous drawings all help to complete the picture.
